My HeyWorkout review. As you probably know, we were away for three weeks visiting family & enjoying a cruise to Bermuda. I enjoyed the tasty cocktails, desserts & meals without thinking too much about exercising. When we got home I vowed to make changes & lose the last bit of baby weight I’ve been meaning to get rid of. It was as if HeyWorkout had read my mind & sent me an email!
HeyWorkout is a new UK based website that provides online fitness classes for mums. They have both live & recorded classes. At the moment, the live classes are held in the evening at 7:30 & 8:15 on Tuesday & Thursday & on Wednesday at 8:30. They plan to add more classes with varied times as they grow. You may attend a live class with or without a webcam. Only the instructor sees you through the webcam & she can provide you with feedback. If you’d rather work out incognito, then leave the camera off 😉
If the live class times don’t suit, there are recorded live classes that are available to view anytime. Classes run for 30 minutes each.
Some of the HeyWorkout Classes: Legs, Bums & Tums, Full Body Workout, Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pure Abs & Core, Stretch Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Post Natal Fitness.
I really enjoyed the classes I have taken. The yoga class is relaxing & gave me a really great stretch. The exercise classes were fun & I like that I didn’t need a lot of space to do them. I have only done the recorded classes as the live classes are right at my kiddies bedtime.
Leaving my house to attend exercise classes just doesn’t work for me with 3 kids. And, going for walks is intermittent due to the crazy Irish weather. I’m so happy that this opportunity has arrived. It has given me the last push I needed to get back into an exercise routine!
Sometimes when exercise doesn’t do the trick, additional products or procedures can be used to diminish stubborn body fat.
