Posterlounge is a website that specializes in wall art. They have thousands of pieces to choose from. The variety of style, size & of formats they have on offer is really amazing. So of course, I was thrilled when they emailed to work together! What’s better than getting to shop online!?
I love how the website is divided for easy navigation. You can search by room, subject, artist or art style. I really enjoyed browsing the site as it’s really easy to find your way around.
When you find a piece you might like for your home, click on it & all of the options for ordering that image then appear.
Below the image is a choice of wall colours so you can see what the image would look like on your wall at home. Changing the wall colour behind the image changes the look of the image. Different colours stand out more than others depending on the wall colour. This is the closest you will get to testing the piece out in your home. It made a big difference for me because the wall colour in my kitchen is a greeny colour & having that instead of white really affected the look of each image.
There are options for size which range from small to huge. And, to materials from canvas, acrylic glass, wood, alu-dibond & more.
It was a tough choice as I loved so many of the images. I settled on an angel sized 30 x 30 on alu-dibond which is a thin, hard, semi-matte material. It’s also sturdy & lightweight.
My lovely angel arrived in a wooden box. Inside she was carefully secured with foam on all edges then wrapped in plastic.
Included with my new wall art is a voucher for £10 off my next order. There are easy to follow instructions for attaching the wall brackets to the back of the board then to the wall.
I adore my new angel. She looks just like she does on the Posterlounge website. She arrived quickly & well wrapped. She looks great hanging in our house!
Posterlounge also has an online Magazine called Art & Living where they interview artists, discuss trends & design ideas. It’s a great place to get inspiration for your home.
