We love to get crafty so when I was given the opportunity to review Chalkola chalk markers we jumped at the chance to try them out. I was sent the Chalkola platinum series jumbo markers & their newest set of premium wet wipe markers which contains 15 chalk pens & 6 metallic markers.
The platinum series are a large chalk marker. They would be excellent for signs or larger projects. The chalk markers that came in the premium set are smaller for more detailed work.
Both types of chalk markers are activated by shaking the marker then dabbing the marker repeatedly on a piece of paper until the tip fills with colour.
The metallic markers in the premium set are ready to use straight out of the box.

I’ve used chalk markers for years to decorate glass, mirror & plastic. The issue I always have with the markers I’ve used in the past is that they leak. So when I’m writing, often times blobs of colour comes out. It is frustrating & I end up wiping off blobs to get it right.
The Chalkola range didn’t leak or leave blobs of colour at all. I’m really impressed by how nicely they write. The ink flows nice & smoothly.
The Chalkola markers are also very easily cleaned up. When the line is still wet on your piece of art, the Chalkola simply wipes off with a paper towel. If the lines are already are dried on, they wipe off easily with a damp paper towel. Chalkola washed off our hands with no scrubbing, just some soap & water. And a damp cloth took Chalkola off the table cloth & tile floor.
I’m really impressed with Chalkola chalk markers. The kiddies & I all enjoyed creating works of art with them.
