This is a collaborative post.
Maybe it’s because I’ve been on a healthy eating & diet program for the past five weeks but I just can’t stop thinking about desserts. lol I’m looking forward to enjoying some tasty treats this Christmas!
Sometimes when I google a new recipe I find it a total disaster when I go to make it. But, I have great results when I follow blog recipes because they are from one home cook to another. With that in mind, I’ve reached out to my fellow bloggers and asked for their favourite Christmas dessert recipes.
I’ve selected some classics and some I’ve never tried before. So we have a nice mix of options here to try over the holidays. And, I’ve thrown Cuddle Fairy’s 3 dessert recipes into the mix too.
So get ready to see tasty desserts and maybe get some inspiration for your Christmas parties and dinners in. Plus I have a few foodie discount codes for you to enjoy.
These recipes are a mix of your traditional Christmas recipes & some new ones to be inspired by. Any or all of them would be delicious this holiday season! You can find the link for each recipe under its image. Let me know which ones you will try in the comments!
Dark Chocolate Brownies
This is a Cuddle Fairy signature recipe – always a crowd pleaser. I spent months tinkering with ingredients and proportions before getting it just right. If you enjoy a dense & gooey brownie then this one is for you.

Emma’s Pavlova Made by Ciara
This recipe comes from Jolene, the award-winning blogger behind the One Yummy Mummy Home Cooks Facebook Community. The recipe includes some practical and step by step tips for those of us who are making a pavlova for the first time! This recipe is from one home cook to another.

Cranachan
This Scottish delight comes from The Bear & the Fox. Jenni says Cranachan is a dream of whipped mounds of cream, folded together with sweet raspberries, oodles of honey, a sprinkling of oatmeal, and an optional dash of whiskey. It looks easy to make & quite tasty too!
Affogato
This Affogato recipe comes from Beach Hut Cook. It’s simple, fun and can be made at the table! Elinor explains that an Affogato is a coffee-based dessert made from scoops of vanilla ice cream or gelato with hot espresso poured over hence the name – affogato means “drowned”. Sounds yum!!
No Bake Lemon Cheesecake
This is Cuddle Fairy’s super easy to make cheesecake recipe. This is my go-to recipe for dinner parties. I make it the day ahead and let it set overnight in the fridge. The strawberry coulis is also simple to make with just strawberries and a little icing sugar. To save time & money cooking meals, find some great Gousto voucher codes.

Orange and Cranberry Christmas Cakes For Children
These yummy treats for the kiddies comes from Me, Him, The Dog & A Baby. This recipe is Lyndsey’s own twist on a classic cake. It’s ideal for little ones & adults alike who don’t love traditional Christmas cake. My kiddies would love these!

Rudolph Chocolate Tarts
These yummy treats come from Treasure Every Moment. Helen has added a lovely Christmas twist to this classic and delicious dessert. I think Rudolph himself would be very impressed with these!

Key Lime Pie
This is the third & final Cuddle Fairy dessert recipe (I’m very limited in my dessert making abilities). This key lime pie recipe uses regular limes. It’s light, fresh and delicious after a big holiday meal.
BAKED GREEK YOGHURT CHEESECAKE
Don’t let the recipe name fool you, there isn’t any cheese in this recipe! And its base is gluten-free. Tracy from the Culinary Jungle brings us this tasty looking treat. The topping is blueberries with a dash of honey – oh it looks so good! To make mealtime easier, check out these voucher codes for Simply Cook. They have some gluten free boxes too.

MINI PAVLOVAS WITH A LEMON THYME SYRUP
Winnettes brings us these tasty little treats. Much like myself, Kirsty struggles with desserts. She has created a lovely festive topping for them & describes these as little individual desserts of yumminess! I’d have to agree! For more tastieness, check out these voucher codes for Donald Russell.

Sticky Toffee Pudding
This yummy recipe comes from Apply To Face Blog. Jenny says that this is a stupendous dessert as delicious as it is comforting. Make ahead or devour straight from the oven smothered in toffee sauce. This is another tasty looking dessert! I am hungry now writing this post lol
Thank You
Thank you to all of the bloggers who contributed their favourite recipes. And thank you for reading! So… which ones do you think you will try out this holiday season??

These look wonderful. I’d get into trouble if I don’t make either mince pie ice-cream or Christmas pudding ice-cream. Personally I love a chocolate and cherry trifle..! (I could go on…) x #BloggerClubUK

You are so right – always best to stick with bloggers who tell the truth. I always find that there hardly ever seems to be enough mixture in recipes from cook books for example. Had not heard of the 4th one and all look amazing and may well challenge myself to make them al over the festive season #BloggerClubUK
