Turning my Sheep Photo into art with CanvasChamp

*This post is sponsored by CanvasChamp

On a lovely frosty evening in January, the whole family went for a walk to see the stunning sunset. Being a blogger, of course, I brought my camera along. During our walk, a sheep started to follow us along the road. When we reached the gate I turned and took a photo of her.

My sheep photo was popular on my Instagram & ended up being featured on TV after the weather! For me, the best part of my sheep photo is the beautiful memories it holds from that family walk.

We have started a framing project in my house. Currently, we have very little hung on our walls! Yet I have so many beautiful photos stuck on my phone or on my Instagram account. So when CanvasChamp offered me the opportunity to make a canvas, I jumped on it! The first photo that came to mind to turn into a canvas is my lovely “lone sheep” photo.

Miss Sheep’s moment of fame.

Creating with CanvasChamp

It was very simple to create a canvas on CanvasChamp. The prompts on screen are easy to follow and guides you step by step through the process.

First, you upload a photo. What’s super handy is that you can upload directly from Instagram, Facebook or your computer. After that you pick what size you’d like; I created an 8 x 12″ canvas. You can adjust the photo accordingly into your chosen canvas shape by zooming in, out or moving it around.

Next up is your choice of wrap which are: thick gallery, thin gallery, rolled canvas (unstretched) or hanging canvas. I chose the “thick gallery wrap” which is 1.5″ deep to provide a three-dimensional effect.

For along the sides of the canvas you can have a mirror image of your photo, have the photo wrap around the sides or have a solid border colour. Any of these options are included in the price. I went for the wrapped photo image because I love how that looks!

The canvas was delivered quickly & I’m thrilled with it! You can see the canvas in the images below, and notice the thickness and how the image wraps around the sides of the canvas from CanvasChamp.

Thanks to CanvasChamp, my famous sheep is now hanging proudly in our home. It’s great to bring my photos out of the virtual world and into real life. I’m happy with the quality of the print and canvas from Canvas Champ and I’m delighted to offer one of you lucky readers the chance to make your own canvas! Enter the giveaway below. x
