Happy February! It’s a new month and that means it’s time for a new positivity challenge!
January’s 3-day challenge went so well. I had wonderful feedback from my positivity community members. I put the quotes and messages from the challenge together into a blog post. Taking a positivity challenge or no complaints challenge for the first time makes us aware of our thoughts and feelings. The more challenges we take, the more we learn and the more we can control those thoughts and feelings.
