Welcome to my week at a glance 21! I made a new feature image, what do you think? After being away in Galway the weekend before last, we’ve had a quiet week at home which was lovely & relaxing.
From left to right below: Sunday morning cartoons were a real treat & we chilled out for awhile in the morning. I bought the kiddies each a Kinder Egg which was super exciting as they haven’t had one since Easter. Thankfully they each got a car & there was no toy envy.
The autumn has officially arrived with cool, crisp evenings & leaves falling from the trees. I bought a lovely autumn bouquet of flowers for the kitchen.
I have been on a real party roll lately. lol I didn’t go out for months & now there’s been something exciting every weekend! Last weekend I had a great night out with Tom, a best friend of mine. We had a fab dinner, some bubbly & so many laughs. I wore jeans with a black top & gold belt, goldie shoes with crystals on them & a faux fur coat.
I’m so excited that the ITWBN are hosting another fabulous brunch. This time, the guest speaker is The Makeup Fairy Joanne Larby. The event will be held at the Ardilaun Hotel in Galway. I have my ticket booked & I can’t wait to see everyone again.
With Autumn in full swing, I’m totally in the Christmas mood. I know, it’s too early for that, but I’m so excited already! I’m worse than the kids! My excitement has gone off the charts because we have been invited to see Santa at Westport House! Winter Wonderland at Westport house looks totally amazing! The children get to meet Santa, have a story read to them by Mrs. Claus & have their face painted by an Elf. There are also crafts, treats & presents. Plus, a train ride around the gorgeous Westport House estate. We are so looking forward to it! I will tell you all about our experience in early December. If you are interested in going to see Santa at Westport House, it’s a good idea to book early as it sells out quickly.
