We love reading books in our house. Every night before bed I read my kiddies a story. The kids take turns choosing the book each night. We have a wonderful collection now & are always adding to it. So, I was delighted when Bookawoo contacted me to write a review.
Bookawoo is a new children’s book subscription service. During registration, you enter the child’s name, age & gender. Bookawoo sends a custom box of books to the child every month. And, each month has a different theme. The subscription can be canceled at any time. They currently ship to Ireland & the UK.
I registered our daughter who is 3 to receive a subscription box of books from Bookawoo. The personalization of her box was amazing. The box had a sticker with her name on it (I blurred it out for purposes of the review). Inside there was a personalized letter, bookmark & stickers. The books & custom items were beautifully wrapped & presented in the box. Our daughter loved opening each item!
Our daughter received four gorgeous, high-quality books. Two are hardcover & one of them is an activity / colouring book. As you can see below, it’s an animal theme box!
The value of the books add up to more than the subscription box retails for so it’s really excellent value. All three of the kids enjoyed the books – especially the classic, We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. When it comes to reading I think you can’t beat paper books. There is something magical about opening a book & being transported into a story!
We are all impressed & delighted with the selection of books from Bookawoo. It’s super exciting having a package arrive for you & then when it’s custom made & personalised just for you, it’s even better. A subscription would make a really lovely gift for a lucky child!
