Proceive – a new supplement to support fertility

*collaborative post.

You regular readers know what a big fan I am of good, wholesome food, healthy ingredients & vitamins. I am a real stickler when it comes to my family’s diet. I truly believe the old saying – we are what we eat. Having good nutrition is important to so many aspects of our lives! One aspect where nutrition comes into play in a big way is fertility & pregnancy.

Nutrition & a healthy lifestyle are tied to fertility health for men and women. When thinking about having a baby improving nutrition and lifestyle for as little as three months before trying to conceive can make a noticeable difference to both genders. Nutrition can aid men in sperm production. And, nutrients play an important role in preparing the womb for fertility, maternal tissue growth and cell division.

I’m excited to introduce you to a new, advanced fertility supplement has just launched in Ireland. Proceive is the result of 5-years of research and developed by Ocean Healthcare Ltd. an Irish company. It is a nutritional supplement designed to aid conception.

A healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet and exercise are important when trying for a baby. But it can be difficult to get all the nutrients you need from your diet with a busy lifestyle. Proceive is there to add the extra support needed to support good pre-conception health.

Fertility isn’t just a woman’s issue so the Proceive range includes tailored supplements for both men and women. Each of the nourishing ingredients in Proceive has been specially selected to support the nutritional needs of the male and female reproductive systems.

Gaye Godkin, one of Ireland’s leading public health nutritionists, comments:

“The need to support fertility with good nutrition is increasingly important.   Research has shown how vital nutrients are for the development of a healthy fetus, but many people don’t realize how nutrition can make a significant impact during conception too.  The reproductive system is very complex and nutritional deficiencies can contribute to difficulties when trying for a baby. Proceive offers the most comprehensive range of nutrients to support the body during conception and ensure the body is ready.”

The Proceive Range

PROCEIVE WOMAN contains 28 vitamins including folic acid, magnesium, and vitamins B6, B12, E, D and C. Designed to create the right fertile balance in the womb, when taken twice daily it provides support for egg production, cell division circulation, and energy.

PROCEIVE MAN contains 26 nutrients including zinc, selenium and Coenzyme Q10. Designed to provide the energy needed for good quality sperm cells, when taken twice daily it supplies key nutrients to support normal reproduction and blood flow.

EXTRA SUPPORT WITH PROCEIVE MAX  containing 33 vitamins and minerals, each sachet contains a maximum strength formula that supports pre-conception health. Proceive Max Woman contains 400μg of folic acid which contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Proceive Max Man contains selenium which contributes to normal sperm production. Both MAX formulations also contain:

  1. Vitamin B6 for the regulation of hormonal activity.
