I can’t believe it’s Sunday & Candid Cuddles time again. Is it just me or are the weeks flying by this year?! The past few weeks of quotes have been centered around the no complaints days I’ve been having. I’m so thankful for everyone who has joined me on Twitter in supporting each other in our positivity days. I’m also delighted with all of the bloggers who have written about their #nocomplaints day. The no complaints days have taught me so much about myself but also about my blogger friends. It’s made me realize how lucky I am to be a part of this amazing community. It’s also made me start thinking about my friendships. I have so many different kinds of friends now. I have local friends that I get together with. I have friends all over the U.S. who I’m in touch with on Facebook & texts. And, I have blogger friends, many of whom I’ve never met in real life.
I feel blessed to have each & every one of you as a friend.
At the end of the day I think this quote says it all – true friendships don’t die even if you loose touch for awhile. I know if I text a friend needing help that they’d be there for me. There’s nothing like a friend to stand by you when you need them. A friend who knows you so well & can help you when things are difficult. And a friend to have fun with, to celebrate accomplishments & happy days.
