There’s nothing like summer cocktails with vodka on a warm sunny day! These are two of my favourite recipes to make at home. They are fast, easy & delicious! I enjoy trying different mixers to come up with new flavours. I’ve named them the Pink Drink & Summer Slider.
For the Pink Drink you will need:
1 Shot Vodka
1 Shot Malibu, Peach Schnaps or Cointreau – depending on which flavour you’d like to have (or what’s in your house)
1 Shot Orange Juice
1 Shot – 2 Shots Cranberry Juice
7 up or sparkling water – filled to the top of the glass after adding the other ingredients.
Slices of lemon & lime.
For the Summer Slider you will need:
1 Shot Vodka
7 up or Sparkling water. I like the sparkling water that has lemon and line flavour in it.
Slices of lemon & lime.
Method:
Each drink is measured for a 10oz glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add the liquor(s) & the measured mixers (for the Pink Drink).
Fill to the top with the sparkling water or 7up.
I like to serve them with a stirrer, and if it’s a party I throw in an umbrella.
