As Lottie Doll Ambassadors, we are thrilled to introduce you to some exciting new dolls & accessories that are available on the Lottie Website. AND I have a lovely new Lottie doll to giveaway, details about that are at the bottom of this post. Yay!
In case you aren’t familiar with Lottie Dolls yet, they are based on the proportions of a 9-year-old child. Lottie dolls dress like real children dress, with flat feet & childlike accessories. Lottie’s vision is to empower children to be themselves. Unlike other dolls that look like adults, Lottie & Finn are based on and inspired by real kids.
My kiddies love to play with Lottie & friends and I love to see them play with their Lottie dolls as they give a positive body image to children. They also send a positive message of diversity.

As you can see in the video, there is a lot of fun to be had with Lottie Dolls & accessories. Everything comes in lovely packaging that can be reused as a storage box for Lottie & co. The dolls & accessories are really well made and have a childlike innocence that we love about Lottie.
Introducing Birthday Girl Sophia & Always Artsy
Sophia is a brand new doll in the Lottie range. And she is Lottie’s little sister! It’s Sophia’s birthday so she comes with three lovely little cards – an invitation, birthday card & thank you card which makes for great games. Birthday Girl Sophia is dressed in a lovely outfit with a flowy skirt and a sparkly bag. She is a huge hit with my daughter who adores her as a fellow little sister.
Always Artsy is part of the Lottie Doll STEAM collection. Lottie encourages children to learn more about the sciences by having dolls that are fun to play with in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths (STEAM). Always Artsy comes with some really lovely accessories including an easel, paints & paint brush. She also comes with art cards which are paintings that were done by real children! The kids & I thought that including paintings done by children is a really lovely touch!
I’d like to mention two additional new dolls in the Lottie range that support diversity. First, Junior Reporter Sammi Boy Doll writes about everything for his local school newspaper. Sammi encourages children to write and be creative. Second, Wildlife Photographer Mia Doll inspires children to take photos & to love nature like she does. Mia has a cochlear implant. My daughter was delighted with her Pandora’s Box Lottie in our last review because she has pink glasses like she does. It means a lot to children to have a doll that looks like they do! I’m sure children with cochlear implants will be excited to see a dolly with the same.

Imaginative Play with Lottie & Friends
I’m a huge believer in imaginative play. I think when children use their imaginations to create games and role play that they expand their minds and become more creative. The accessories the kiddies chose really lend themselves to imaginative play.
The Brownie Campfire Fun Playset is a new accessory available from Lottie. It comes with a tent that pops open (no assembly required), a backpack, sleeping bag, teddy bear, campfire & cooking accessories. We went glamping for the first time this past May. The kids LOVED sleeping in sleeping bags. The Brownie Campfire Set is allowing them to recreate the fun of camping and toasting marshmallows over the open fire.
The boys love to imagine they are farmers working on their farms. They have a lovely farm set up in the playroom which includes tractors, a shed & animals. The boys have added their new Sirius the Welsh Mountain Pony & the Pony Club Lottie Doll & Pony Set up with their existing toys to create a fun & imaginative farm game. Their little sister is also joining in on the fun on the farm.
Pony Club Lottie Doll comes with a riding outfit & a helmet that feels like a real riding helmet (this was a hugely impressive feature to the kiddies). The great thing about Lottie is that the dolls & accessories can be interchanged. The kiddies are using the Lottie Dolls & accessories they received for our first review along with their new items to create fun & imaginative games.
Final Thoughts
We couldn’t be happier with the new dolls & accessories from Lottie. As always, Lottie Dolls promote positive body image & are wonderful role models for children. They also encourage imaginative play and their accessories can be interchanged so you can build your Lottie Doll collection.
